The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Among other things, there was a recent coffee stain that I thought would be impossible to get out. Jeff said that he would do his best but was honest enough to say that it might not come out! He did the work and the carpet looks beautiful. Coffee stain is gone and the rest of the carpet looks great. I would definitely use him, again, in the future. He did a great job!

He was so honest and explained to me why he did not see any evidence of a mold problem. He set my mind at ease and made no money off of me. I was extremely for his honesty, (someone else who came before him had tried to scare me into having expensive work performed). This guy deserves a great rating as an honest businessman.”

Flash flood caused water damage in basement storage area along with some water soaked into carpet. I called Jeff at 4:30 on a Saturday. He was able to come very quickly to see the problem. He was honest, knowledgeable, and gave suggestions about how we can take care of it without incurring costs through his company. He didn’t look for a dime from us. He spent time, and was a true professional. We will definitely use him in the future when a situation arises.
